This competition is for students interested in the applications of mathematics to solve real-life problems. 

Student guidelines: 

Identify a problem around you. Maybe some problem in your school, community, home, etc. Any problem that is appropriately relevant and one that needs to be solved. Then try to develop a mathematical solution to the problem. Any problem that is appropriately relevant and needs to be solved. Then propose a mathematical solution to the problem. The solution need not be tested practically but should work theoretically and account for all factors and variables.

What to Submit

Submit a video, which explains your solution to the problem identified. The video can be as long as you prefer. Along with the video a presentation or a pdf document should be submitted in which the solution is coherently presented.
